You can fill out the quote form or you can give us a call (208-205-9993). Either way, our friendly customer service staff will be happy to answer any questions you might have and to give you that quote. 

What we clean depends on the package you buy. Please see this Cleaning Checklist for a clear understanding of what you’re getting when you schedule your next clean with us.

Although we take your credit card information when you book, you’re not actually charged until AFTER the clean is finished. This means you’ll have an opportunity to do a walkthrough with your cleaning professional to make sure everything is up to YOUR standards.

Note: In line with the cancellation policy (see below), we will put a hold 24 hours before your clean, much in the same way a hotel does. 

Yes, we do! Our professionals will arrive with everything needed to give your home the exact level of TLC it needs. 

All of our professionals go through a rigorous interview and screening process that includes a background check. This means that you can trust that the person entering your home is an upstanding member of the local community.

You are welcome to reschedule or cancel without incurring a fee up to 24 hours before your scheduled clean. 

After that, you will be charged a $50 fee. If the cleaners arrive at your home as scheduled and no one is there, then you will be charged 50% of the cleaning fee.

We do not typically do in-house estimates, although some extreme cases might lead us to do that. 

We base our estimates on the information the clients give us. Sometimes we ask for pictures of particular areas to make sure we understand what needs to be done. 

If for some reason, the quote we gave you won’t work for us, we will discuss any changes before additional work is done. We don’t like unpleasant surprises either!

That depends! For most of our recurring cleans, we will send 1 cleaner. For deeper cleans up to ~2,000 sqft, we *may* send 2 cleaners. Anything bigger than that or particularly daunting will result in us sending more people.

If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy. If you find something that was supposed to be done, but wasn’t…or that wasn’t done very well, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as you can. We’ll make it right!
