My wife and I started Lone Star Cleaning Solutions because we know how wonderful it feels to walk into a freshly cleaned home, and we’re excited to bring that feeling to you.

Before your appointment, I wanted to share a few important details about our deep cleaning process and policies to make sure everything goes smoothly:

  1. Your home, your choice.
    You’re welcome to stay during the cleaning or head out—whatever works best for you! If you do stay, we just ask that you give our cleaners the space they need to work efficiently.

  2. About the pricing.
    The price you were quoted is based on a standard deep clean, which assumes a typical level of dirt and buildup. In some cases, if the home requires significantly more time or effort (what we call a “heavy-duty clean”), there may be an additional charge.

    We always aim to be upfront about this, and if we encounter anything that might require extra time, we’ll let you know before proceeding. Examples of situations that might fall into this category include:

    • Excessive pet hair or odors
    • Grease buildup on cabinets (e.g., if it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time and your family loves cooking with oils or bacon)
    • Heavy soap scum or hard water buildup in bathrooms (common in some areas)
    • Extensive wall cleaning beyond light spot cleaning for dust or marks

    These situations are rare, but we want to be transparent so there are no surprises. If anything like this comes up, we’ll discuss it with you first.

  3. Cleaning vs. tidying.
    While we’ll straighten up as we clean, our deep cleaning service doesn’t include tidying, organizing, laundry, or dishwashing unless we’ve specifically discussed it beforehand. If you’d like help with these tasks, we’re happy to offer additional services—just let us know!
